Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak999 holds its international gaming Licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the procedure set out in Section 17 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction, to which both pak999 and you irrevocably submit.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
